    Libyan Cultural Attache’ invoices procedure

    This is an announcement for Universities all over UK and Ireland who have Libyan Students sponsored by the Cultural Attache’ studying at your university/college and would like to clear out any outstanding fees please send the following documents to the academic adviser  at our office in order to process the payment:

    • Copy of  our Sponsorship Letter provided by the student to university

    • Original Invoice {copies not accepted}

    • Updated academic monitoring report

    [The form should be filled in and signed by the student’s supervisor and sent directly from their university email address only to   (monitoringreports@libyanembassy.org)   —–    the form is available below ]

    NOTE:

    Any delay or issues with the student’s academic progress or attendance due to payments, the University will be held responsible.

    Allow between 2 to 3 weeks from the day we receive the required documents to process it.

    Payment will be made through British Arabic Commercial Bank directly to University account, please allow 3 to 5 working days to receive the payment after being transferred.
